We accept all Major Credit Cards from our residential clients. We can send you an invoice by email or SMS.  You can also pay our technician by card on-site.  All prices are subject to 8.25% sales tax by State Law.  We do not accept personal checks or cash.

We love dogs and get along well with them. But to ensure the safety of all parties we request that if your dogs are not good with strangers, please keep them indoors on service days. If necessary, we will text or call you before we arrive to ensure all is safe while we are cleaning. This generally works very well.

We service the cities and towns around the area of Kerens Texas including:

• Corsicana 
• Athens 
• Ennis 

We consider our service area anywhere within 40 miles of Kerens, Texas.  We are happy to service properties outside our service cities areas.  We do charge a surcharge for the trip, but we typically charge less than an Uber or Lyft ride.

No contract is necessary. In our opinion, your complete satisfaction is the only thing that should compel you to keep our services. 

Just give us a key, tell us the combination, or unlock your gate on the scheduled service day. If you forget to unlock the gate and we come out but can't get in we will attempt to reach you by knocking on the door, ringing the bell, texting and calling. 

If we cannot reach you after all of that then we wont service your house that day.  We have to charge for any service call; however, on the following visit there will be no extra charge even though we will be cleaning up for twice as many days. So your cost will be the same, our number of trips to your home will be the same, and our cleaning effort will be the same. It costs us extra time knocking, ringing, texting and calling... but we don't charge for that.

No. Rain generally doesn't slow us down much. We generally stop only for lightning (which usually passes by quickly), heavy snow and ice. Should a severe emergency strike (tornado, serious flood, industrial accident, or an act of terrorism), there may be a temporary delay in your service.  Once the emergency is over, we will continue services immediately.  If this happens, we will call, text, and/or email to let you know.   

We do not require contracts, so if you're going to be away, just let us know — we'll skip you that week and you won't be charged.

Should your service day fall on a holiday, we will conduct your service the day before or the day after. Services will resume back to their normal schedule day the following week. We observe the following days: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day,  Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Waste should be picked up daily for the same reasons you would not flush your toilet only once a week! If daily service is not feasible, you can schedule us to remove it one to three times per week.

Additional fees may apply for oversize backyards ($3.00 to $6.00). We consider a backyard oversize if it is larger than 0.6 acres.  

Mon - Friday: 8am to 7pm (or before dark depending on time of year)

Sat - Sun: 8am to 5pm

Scheduling is subject to availability and specified days may change.

We will service your yard between the hours of operation on your specified day.  We will send you a text and invoice once the service is completed.  The time we arrive each visit may vary depending on route scheduling for that day.  However, we will always complete your services before it gets dark.
